• Ryan is originally from Naperville, Illinois. After graduating from the University of Illinois, he began managing his family's

CCH has been building for over 20 years.
• In 2002, Classic Custom Homes created a sister company, Classic Custom Creations, in Prescott, Arizona. Ryan now represents this new company as a real

continues to build exceptional quality homes with his family in Prescott.
• Classic Custom Creations strives for perfection in building unique up-scale homes
from the buyer's list of wants and needs. Classic will build on your own lot or one of
theirs, located in American Ranch, Southview, or Hidden Valley Ranch.
• Ryan's easygoing personality and willingness to listen makes him a genuine natural
at making customers feel confident in their decision to work with him in building the
home of their dreams.
• Ryan is married to Cathy, and she does all his and Classic's graphic design work.
